Preparing an email draft

The website form processes the fields in your browser to prepare a draft. It does not automatically send an enquiry to MARENC or save it to a database through the form. Opening your email application is a separate action; you must send the message from your email service.

Copying puts the draft on your device’s clipboard. Downloading saves a file to your device. Your browser or email application may retain information according to its settings. Clear drafts and downloaded files from shared devices when finished.

When you send a message

Your message may include your name, business contact details, company, project country, application and evaluation requirements that you choose to provide. This information is used to understand and respond to your request and follow up on the relevant technical or commercial discussion. Send only what is necessary and ask for a suitable channel for confidential documents.

Email passes through email service providers. If your request requires information to be shared with a technology partner or another party, ask us to clarify the recipient, purpose and confidentiality arrangements before providing restricted information.

Retention & location

The form’s lack of storage does not mean email correspondence is automatically deleted. Retention needs depend on the enquiry, agreement and applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about retention of your information or request deletion. This website does not promise that all information is stored in a particular country.

Hosting & analytics

The enquiry interface does not add advertising trackers or analytics tools. Website hosting services may process technical connection information, such as an internet address and request time, to deliver and operate the service. This page does not describe the policies of email providers or external websites; check their policies when using them.

Your information requests

Contact us to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, object to its use, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, subject to applicable rights and requirements. Describe your request and contact details without sending sensitive identity documents in the first message. Appropriate identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed.
